Terms of Service

The terms for using macd.ie and requesting our services.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

These terms apply when you use macd.ie or ask MACD Adaptive Limited to provide a service. A separate written proposal or agreement takes priority where it says otherwise.

About us

MACD Adaptive Limited is an Irish limited company, CRO 818724, based in Dublin 15, Ireland. Contact: macd@macd.ie.

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about or request our services. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful, harmful or misleading material.

Enquiries and automated tools

Website forms, chat and connected tools help route enquiries. Automated responses and estimates are informational and do not create a contract. A service begins only when its scope, price and terms are agreed in writing.

Services, fees and changes

Scope, delivery dates, fees, payment terms and included changes are set out in the relevant proposal or agreement. Any work outside that scope may require a new estimate and approval.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to give us any text, images, trademarks, access credentials or other materials needed for the work. You remain responsible for their accuracy and legality.

Intellectual property

MACD Adaptive Limited retains rights in its pre-existing materials, tools, methods and reusable components. Rights in completed client work are governed by the applicable proposal or agreement.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available, but it may sometimes be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Third-party services

Links and integrations may involve third-party platforms with their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or policies.

Ending use

You may stop using the website at any time. We may restrict access where needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse. Ending a paid service is governed by its proposal or agreement.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date on this page.
